This place was great! The space was cozy, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Being walking distance to the slopes was a huge plus, and Tricia was great at communicating before and during, and we could tell she really cared about us having a good time.

We had an excellent stay at Tricia’s. The place was super cozy and just steps from the mountain. Incredibly convenient for a ski weekend. And Tricia was very helpful and quick to respond.

Our stay at Tricia’s Airbnb was fantastic for our family with three kids under nine during “ski week.”. The garage was a huge plus, easily fitting our small pickup truck, keeping it out of the snow storm for hassle-free parking and housing all our ski gear. The house itself was a cozy retreat, with three, CLEAN portable humidifiers that combated the dry mountain air, ensuring our nights were comfortable.
The interior was charming, especially with the pellet fireplace that added warmth and ambiance after a day on the slopes. Kitchen supplies looked brand new. The proximity to Canyon Lodge for skiing was incredibly convenient, making our mornings smooth and the walk “home” at 4pm painless. 
We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the house’s functionality, making it an ideal spot for us. It’s clear that guest comfort is a priority here. We’re already looking forward to booking for next year, highly recommending Tricia’s place for a memorable and enjoyable mountain stay.

Great place, perfect for our family of four. The condo is very close to Canyon Lodge, and easily walkable in ski boots. 
The condo itself was well-appointed, plenty of towels, and the comfy beds. But the best feature is the 1-car garage parking dedicated to the unit, which made it really easy to store our skis and gear in the car and keep the car out of the snow during the stay -- I don't think we've had a garage at Mammoth before, and its really great. 
The condo has signs all over warning about snow falling off the roof, so not to park or stand under the eaves, and we got to see it during our stay. Blocks of ice 6-8 inches thick came crashing down right out the front window. Everyone was fine, and enjoyed the show, but you definitely don't want to park there.
